Full Week €600
Weekend €400

Cancellations In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking prior to the event, the following percentage of the amount invoiced will apply:
- within 1 month - 25%
- within 3 weeks - 50%
- within 2 weeks - 75%
- within 1 week - 100%

Rates are exclusive of VAT at 23%.

Booking requirements:

A fully completed application must be submitted to Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre to Noirin Nolan at nnolan@dlsc.ie which should provide information on the following:
- Type of activity
- Proposed dates requested
- Dimensions and specifications of promotional set and should include images of the promotional materials to be used
- A copy of Public Liability Insurance in an amount of €6.5m and Employers Liability Insurance in an amount of €13m, plus a specific indemnity to Coltard should be noted on the policy for the dates required.

When the application is approved, a pro-forma document must be signed and returned prior to the promotional date.

Full payment, including VAT @ 23%, must be received prior to the promotion taking place.

Regulations for Mall Promotions:

Centre Management may relocate the promotion to an alternative location Should the promotional activity be different to that which was outlined in the booking proposal, Centre Management have the right to terminate the promotion The promotion stand should be to the dimensions as outlined in the book proposal. Promotion stands should be set up outside of normal trading hours and this can be arranged with Centre Management. Promotional stands should be attended at all times during Centre trading hours and staff members should be smartly dressed and have identification badges. Personal items belonging to the promotional team should be kept out of sight of the public. There are no car parking facilities for promotional staff Promotional staff should dispose of any waste in the appropriate receptals and storage facilities are not provided. Centre Management will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused to promotional displays, equipment or belongings left a the display during the day or after Centre trading hours.
